Non-payment

The property and title both legal and equitable sold or agreed to be sold by the company will not pass the the customer until all sums due to the company have been paid in full. Until that time they remain the property of Elite Dance Supplies.

Non-delivery

Advice of non-delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing within seven days, otherwise goods will be deemed to have arrived.

Returns- perfect goods

Prior consent must be obtained from Elite Dance Supplies before returning perfect items which must be in their original packaging.
Please note - We want you to be happy with every purchase but if for some reason you are not then we are happy for you to return your item. You will be responsible for the costs of returning any item unless we delivered it incorrectly, it is damaged or defective. For your protection we recommend a recorded-delivery service if the value of the goods is above £30.00. Please enclose your delivery slip.

Back orders

Items not available at time of order will be placed on back order and posted at a later date, unless otherwise stated.

VAT

All items classed as adult sizes will be charged VAT
