How do I open an account with you?
If you run a Dance School, Shop or are a Teacher then you are welcome to open a Trade account with us. You can contact us through the website and with a few details we can set up an account for you.  Or you can call or email us if you prefer.

How long do deliveries usually take?
Orders placed before 2pm generally leave that day (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays)

How do you post my order?
Smaller orders at sent via Royal Mail first class post. Larger orders either leave by RM signed for, or courier depending on weight. We aim to use the safest and fastest way to send your items. Please allow slightly longer delays through busier times of the year.

Where do I find a size guide?
We have a size guide in the info section, but also each product has a size guide within it, to help you best decide.

Are your dancewear items made in the UK?
We work closely with several factories who design and produce our Elite Range of Lycra and Cotton products and knitted items. We are very proud to support the UK as much as possible and work hard to keep our Brand manufactured here.

My dance School is local, can I collect my order?
Yes of course, the best option would be to get in touch with us, either through email [email protected], via phone 01283 536666 and we can take your order, prepare it and then let you know when it is ready for collection.

I run a Dance School, are you able to fit Pointe Shoes?
Yes, I can come along to your school at a set time to suit you, and fit the class at your convenience. (Within a local radius) Call for more information

Are you open after 3pm or at weekends?
For orders or collections out of hours please get in touch, it is certainly not a problem but would need to make sure we are available.
